We use Wix for this website and Wix Stores for the shop. The provider is Wix.com Ltd., 5 Yunitsman St., Tel Aviv, Israel. When you visit, your IP address, browser and device information, pages accessed and access time are processed to provide and protect the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure operation.
Necessary cookies enable sessions, login and the shopping cart. Their use is based on section 25(2) TDDDG; personal data is processed, depending on the purpose, under Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies require consent under section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Enquiries, Orders and Customer Accounts
When you contact us by email or form, we process your contact details and the content of your message to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in responding to enquiries.
When you place an order, your name, email address, billing and delivery addresses, and order information are processed to fulfil the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Necessary delivery details are passed to the appointed shipping provider. Statutory retention obligations are based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
If you create a customer account, we store the details required for login, account management and your order overview on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. You can request account deletion by contacting us; statutory retention obligations remain in place.
Payment with PayPal
We offer payment through PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. If you choose PayPal, the contact, order and payment data required to process the payment is transmitted to PayPal. Our processing to fulfil the contract is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. PayPal also processes data for its own purposes, including fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations, and may share data with affiliated companies and service providers, including outside the EEA. Before activating additional payment, newsletter or tracking services, we will update this policy to include the services actually used.
Retention Periods, Security and Your Rights
We store data only for as long as it is needed for its purpose or statutory retention requirements apply. Order and invoice documents are retained for the applicable commercial and tax-law periods. Enquiries are deleted once processing is complete, unless obligations or legitimate reasons require further retention.
The website uses HTTPS encryption. Technical and organisational measures are intended to protect data against unauthorised access.
Under the GDPR, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, subject to the statutory conditions. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation; you can object to direct marketing at any time.
